Hey I get it! Hectic schedules, kids, demanding job and stress.

Your bodies been neglected and you think the person you see in the mirror doesn’t seem to reflect the awesome person you know you are on the inside.

Things seem out of control. Many of our clients have felt this way.

If you’ve been on the weightloss roller coaster for far to long, done all the fad diets, the shakes, the supplements and it’s not working for you then you may be a perfect fit for our program.

Its time to take control of your health and your body.

Now I will not try and sell you on applying for our program

Instead, I will simply tell you who it is for …and who it’s NOT for.

Our program IS for:

  • Women who are sick of feeling ashamed of their body and want an end to the weight loss rollercoaster
  • Women who want a lean, curvy sculpted body without a gruelling exercise regime and obsessive plan, counting kbevery calorie.
  • Women who are willing to work on “emotional” weight loss as well as physical.

This program is NOT for:

  • Women who are not ready to trust the methods.
  • Women who are looking for a quick fix
  • Women who want a grueling physical training session such as Bootcamp or One fits all Crosstraining. (Our physical program has its difficult moments but we work very hard to make our programs as productive and efficient as possible.)

Now for some brutal honesty

This isn’t just another quick fix that you’re going to half heartedly try to “see if it works”. This is the final solution for ridding yourself of the weight forever – this is the end of the road.

And it goes without saying ( but I’ll say it anyway) that I 100% stand behind my program.

Here’s How It Works

First, you’ll need to enter your REAL email address after clicking below. Then you’ll be taken to a Body Breakthrough application where I ask you all sorts of invasive questions about your life and your body. OK – they’re not that invasive. I’m just really trying to weed out the “tire kickers” here. Anyway, the application will come to my office and one of two things will happen.
One, I’ll decide we’re not a good match and I’ll let you know politely. Or two, I’ll decide we MIGHT be a good match and someone from my office will schedule a call to see if we really are.

Nobody will pressure you or hassle you.
